Mark is one of my favorites in Mr. International-Philippines. He has that cute and sexy chinito look. I really love guys with that pale white skin. Teehee! Mr. International-Philippines will be held at the Fil-Oil Flying V Arena in San Juan on June 21st. Check out his pictures after the jump.
